Mr. Cornale has appeared at all levels of court, as well as a wide range of administrative tribunals. He has defended clients on charges ranging from murder to securities fraud, bank fraud, mail and wire fraud, sexual assault, internet sex crimes, impaired driving, theft, tax evasion and domestic violence and violent offences.


A Strong Sense of Community Involvement

Mr. Cornale is a member of the Ontario Criminal Lawyers Association and the Hamilton Criminal Lawyers Association. In addition, he is counsel to the Hamilton Tiger-Cats Football Club, as well as the Catholic Youth Organization. He has a strong sense of community and has participated in and contributed to many local organizations, as well as serving on the Board of Directors for the Catholic Youth Organization and the Tiger Town Council. He has been a guest speaker at the Children’s Aid Society and various civic outreach programs.
